Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting "My Orders" in your account dashboard.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that window, our fulfillment process begins and changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

In the rare event an item becomes unavailable, we'll notify you immediately and offer a full refund or suggest comparable alternatives. You will never be charged for items we cannot fulfill.

We offer Standard (5–7 business days), Express (2–3 business days), and Next-Day delivery options. Shipping times may vary by location. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.

Yes. StyleCast ships to over 40 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Estimated delivery for international orders is 7–14 business days.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Beauty and skincare products may only be returned if unopened and sealed. Return shipping is free for domestic orders.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Please allow an additional 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your statement.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later). All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Klarna is available for orders between $35 and $1,000. You can split your purchase into 4 interest-free installments. Klarna availability may vary by region and is subject to approval.
