To ensure transparency, shipping details are clearly displayed:

- During checkout before payment confirmation
- On the dedicated Shipping by Brand page for additional information

Returns
Brand Policies
As StyleCast works with brands across the globe, return policies may differ depending on the brand. Each brand sets its own return eligibility, time window, and conditions.
Return policies are always shown:
- On the product detail page
- During checkout
- On the Returns by Brand information page
We strongly recommend reviewing the brand's return policy before completing your purchase.
Eligibility
Most brands accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags are included
- The return request is made within the brand's specified return window
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Go to your StyleCast order page
- Select the order you wish to return
- Follow the brand's return instructions
Depending on the brand, returns may be processed directly with the brand or through StyleCast support.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected by the brand, refunds will be processed according to the brand's policy.
Refund timelines may vary depending on:
- The brand's processing time
- Payment provider processing
- Your financial institution
