Whether you are discovering an emerging beauty brand, shopping an independent fashion label, or purchasing a globally recognized name, our goal is simple: you should always know that what you receive is the real thing.

We do not knowingly sell, support, or permit counterfeit, replica, imitation, or unauthorized products on our platform.

Products available through StyleCast are sourced through approved channels that may include:

• Verified wholesale partners
• Approved brand representatives
• Other suppliers reviewed by StyleCast

Our sourcing model may vary by brand and region, but our expectation does not: authenticity comes first.

Direct from Brands

Whenever possible, StyleCast works directly with the brands we carry.

Direct partnerships allow us to better understand the brand, its products, its distribution requirements, and how those products should be represented to customers around the world.

For selected brands, StyleCast may also support international launches, exclusive collections, regional distribution, or global expansion.

Authorized & Verified Distribution

Not every global brand distributes directly to every market. In those cases, StyleCast may work with established distributors, wholesalers, or other approved supply partners.

Before working with a supplier, we may review information such as:

• Business identity and operating history
• Brand authorization or distribution relationship, where applicable
• Product sourcing documentation
• Commercial invoices and purchase records
• Product identifiers and packaging information
• Distribution territories
• Supply-chain consistency

We reserve the right to request additional documentation whenever necessary.

Before a supplier becomes part of the StyleCast sourcing network, we may evaluate the business behind the inventory. Our review process can include:

   Where appropriate, we may request information showing how products were obtained and where they originated.

   Product details, packaging, labeling, identifiers, and other information may be reviewed for consistency.

   Ongoing Monitoring

   Approval is not necessarily permanent. StyleCast may continue to review suppliers and investigate inconsistencies, customer reports, product concerns, or changes in sourcing.

As StyleCast grows, our goal is to increase the number of brands working directly with us.

Direct brand relationships allow us to provide customers with greater transparency while helping brands reach new markets through one global platform. These partnerships may include:

• Official retail partnerships
• Exclusive product launches
• Regional distribution agreements
• StyleCast-exclusive sets
• Global launch partnerships
• Creator and marketing campaigns

Where a product carries an exclusivity or partnership designation, we aim to clearly identify what that designation means.

Certain StyleCast products and brands may display special badges. These badges are intended to communicate a specific commercial relationship or launch status.

StyleCast Exclusive

Available through StyleCast under an applicable exclusive retail arrangement. The exact scope may vary by territory, channel, product, or agreement.

StyleCast First

A product or collection launching on StyleCast before wider availability elsewhere.

Exclusive Set

A product combination, bundle, or configuration created specifically for StyleCast.

Regional Exclusive

An exclusive StyleCast offering within a specific market or territory.

We aim to use exclusivity labels only where the corresponding relationship actually exists.

Beauty products require an especially high level of trust. StyleCast expects the beauty products sold through our platform to arrive in genuine branded packaging and to correspond with the product supplied through the relevant approved sourcing channel.

Depending on the product and market, packaging, labeling, ingredient presentation, or regulatory information may vary between countries. A legitimate packaging difference does not necessarily indicate that a product is counterfeit.

As StyleCast expands into global fashion, authenticity will remain a core sourcing requirement. For branded fashion products, we may consider information such as:

• Supplier provenance
• Brand or distributor relationship
• Product identifiers
• Labels and tags
• Packaging
• Purchase records
• Style or SKU information

StyleCast does not knowingly permit counterfeit branded fashion merchandise.

StyleCast is built to help customers discover brands from around the world, including labels that may not yet be widely known internationally.

For these brands, authenticity is not only about preventing counterfeit products. It is also about making sure the customer receives the genuine work of the original brand.

We want StyleCast to be a place where emerging designers, beauty founders, and independent creators can grow internationally without losing control of their identity.

Products sold internationally may sometimes appear slightly different from images seen in another country. Differences may include:

• Language on packaging
• Regulatory labels
• Distributor information
• Outer packaging
• Promotional packaging
• Barcode or product identifiers
• Minor design updates

Brands also periodically update packaging without changing the underlying product. These differences alone do not necessarily affect authenticity.

Where possible, StyleCast aims to keep product imagery and information current.

StyleCast does not knowingly permit the sale of:

• Counterfeit goods
• Replica products represented as genuine
• Fake branded merchandise
• Products with deliberately falsified branding
• Unauthorized substitutions presented as the listed product
• Products intentionally misrepresented as authentic

If a supplier is found to violate our authenticity standards, StyleCast may take actions including product removal, supplier suspension, termination of the commercial relationship, or further investigation.
