Delivery information • Shipping Method: Parcel Service • Shipping Area: A Region • Shipping Rate: Free shipping on orders over $200 / $15 shipping fee on orders under $200 • Delivery Time: 3 - 14 days • Domestic Shipping (Korea): CJ Korea Express, www.cjlogistics.com • International Shipping: UPS, https://www.ups.com/ Customs and Duties • For orders placed from February 2, 2026, 12:00 PM (KST), international shipments will be processed under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. • Under DDP terms, all import taxes and duties are included, so no additional customs charges will be required upon delivery. • Shipping fees remain the same as before: free shipping on orders over $200, and a $15 shipping fee on orders under $200. • If the recipient refuses the parcel, it will be returned to Korea, and return costs (shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Process & Policy • You must request an exchange/return within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). • The item(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 7 days of receiving. • For exchange/return due to a change of mind, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. • Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels, and you are required to arrange the return shipment yourself. • Please note that if the returned item is randomly selected for customs inspection upon arrival in Korea, any resulting customs duties or inspection fees will be deducted from the refund amount. • Returns that do not follow our policy will not be accepted and will therefore be sent back to the customer. • The item(s) should be in their original condition — not washed or altered in any way. • Refunds will be issued back if the tag, label, or barcode has been removed or damaged. • Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method. • Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 working days to clear the funds back into your account. • Please email us a photo of the return postage invoice as proof of shipping. • For any inquiries regarding return/exchange, send us Channel Talk. As soon as you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our team will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. If after the time indicated below for each country you have not received your order, please contact us via chat here indicating your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. CUSTOMS So far, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, the UK, South Korea, the USA, Japan, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Mexico are currently the only countries where import taxes are covered by Scuffers Partners S.L. In all other countries, these taxes must be paid by the customer, but we are actively working to expand our tax coverage soon. In order to receive a refund, items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment or purchase in-store. *During special periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, the return and exchange period will be extended from November 25th to January 18th.
